One of our standout products from Pirate, combining the Bright and zesty South American flavours of the Chimichurri with the delicate yet firm texture of octopus. Vibrant and herbaceous notes, with a slight kick of heat, served best as a snack on a hand-ripped chunk of Albatross Baguette and a spritz of lemon.
